Firstly please be assured our stores are open for business as usual, we will keep you informed via our website if this situation changes. Keeping staff and our customers safe is our number one priority. At Karpet Kingdom this is taken very seriously and we can reassure you that we are taking precautionary steps to help reduce any risk.

We have put additional cleaning and sanitisation schedules in all our stores. Our fitters and estimators are carrying out self assessments each day to ensure they are fit and healthy to enter your homes. In stores and for home visits please keep the recommended distance away from each other, fitters may ask to wash their hands before leaving your home. If you are self isolating or show any of the symptoms please contact the store via phone ASAP and we will rearrange the fitting/measure for a future date.

We can provide quotations from plans if necessary or survey and quote for projects which are not yet ready. A home sample service can also be provided for anyone that needs it.
